About ReframeND

Reframing Neurodiversity Through Lived Experience and Professional Expertise

Our Mission

At ReframeND, we believe every neurodivergent person — and every environment they inhabit — deserves more than adaptation. We believe in alignment, agency, and authenticity. Our mission is to reframe how difference is known: from “problem to manage” to “strength to amplify.”

Meet Chiara Richards

I’m Chiara Richards, founder, lead coach and consultant at ReframeND. With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, coaching credentials, certifications as an ADHD Coach and NLP Practitioner, and years of leadership experience, I bring both technical rigor and lived insight into my work.

What truly shapes my lens is that I’m late-diagnosed neurodivergent and a parent to neurodivergent children with complex traits. I know intimately what it means to question, adapt, mask, and rediscover one’s identity. I also know the value of practices that respect your pace, sensory makeup, and internal world.

Our Philosophy & Approach

Every person is more than their neurotype. Our work is deeply neuro-affirming, collaborative, and individualised. We don’t offer cookie-cutter frameworks. Instead, we co-create strategies that fit you.

  • Start with self-understanding — what makes your brain hum, pause or displace energy

  • Map the layers — executive function, emotion, sensory, identity, relational context

  • Co-design practical scaffolding — systems, routines, adjustments you can sustain

  • Build capacity & resilience — so you own your decisions rather than reacting

  • Transfer to your contexts — home, work, relationships, transitions

To us, coaching is not about prescribing what to do — it’s about helping you uncover how you want to live.
