Understand your neurotype.
Build strategies that fit.
Feel more at ease in life and work.
If you’ve spent years feeling like you’re too much, not enough, or somehow out of sync with the world around you, you’re not broken.
You’re wired differently.
At Reframe Neurodiversity, we don’t try to squeeze your brain into systems that were never designed for it. We help you understand your unique wiring, reclaim your strengths, and build a life that actually works for you.
“Chiara has a rare talent for making you feel truly seen and understood. Working with her gave me clarity and a new sense of confidence.” — Anamaria, Berlin
Welcome to Reframe Neurodiversity (ReframeND).
I’m Chiara Richards, founder of Reframe Neurodiversity. I am a neurodiversity coach specialising in supporting autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults and older teens (16+), including those who are newly diagnosed or just beginning to explore their neurotype.
My work is grounded in psychology, lived experience, and years of supporting neurodivergent people who are tired of being told to try harder, organise better, or be more like everyone else.
Many of my clients arrive carrying a quiet exhaustion. They’ve tried strategies that work brilliantly for others but never quite stick for them.
That isn’t a personal failing. It’s a mismatch between your nervous system and the expectations placed on it.
Neurodiversity coaching isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about working with your brain, not against it.
If your brain feels like it runs on a different operating system, you’re not imagining it.
Neurodiversity coaching helps you understand how your brain processes information, manages energy, and responds to the world. From there, we build practical strategies that fit your real life rather than forcing you into systems that were never designed for you.
This page brings together everything you need to know about one-to-one neurodiversity coaching, whether you’re self funded or seeking support related to work.
Autism, ADHD and AuDHD Coaching That Gets It
Did you know that autism and ADHD were only formally recognised as co-occurring from 2013, despite an estimated 50–70% crossover?
Living with AuDHD can feel like being a unicorn in a world that insists you’re a horse.
Creative, intuitive, and innovative, yet constantly pulled in opposite directions.
One part of you craves structure and predictability.
Another resists it completely.
Outsiders see contradiction.
You live the tension every day.
Coaching gives language to that push and pull. It helps you stop fighting yourself and start designing support that honours both sides of your neurology.
“Coaching with Chiara helped me step back, find balance, and create real clarity. I feel calmer, more organised, and back in control.”— Helen, Cheltenham
Neurodiversity coaching, explained simply
Neurodiversity coaching is practical, collaborative, and deeply personalised. It’s a space to understand how your mind works, reduce pressure, and find ways of living and working that feel more sustainable.
Think of it less like following a manual, and more like learning the operating system your brain has been using all along.
Neurodiversity coaching is a growing field, particularly within ADHD and autism support. There isn’t one fixed definition, and that flexibility allows coaching to be shaped around the individual rather than a diagnosis.
At its heart, neurodiversity coaching is a practical partnership that blends three key elements:
Coaching for life and work
We focus on what matters to you right now. Your goals, your challenges, and what would make life or work feel more manageable.
Understanding how your neurotype affects you
This isn’t about labels or deficits. It’s about making sense of how ADHD, autism, or AuDHD shows up in your thinking, emotions, energy, and behaviour so you can stop blaming yourself and start making informed choices.
Building external systems that support your brain
Together, we create tools, structures, and strategies that work outside your head. These are tailored to your environment, your energy, and your real life, and support executive functioning skills like planning, organisation, focus, and follow-through.
Unlike therapy or clinical treatment, neurodiversity coaching is non-clinical and collaborative. You are not being assessed or fixed. We work as equals, with curiosity and respect.
Coaching focuses on doing, not just understanding. It supports you to:
- develop skills in real time
- test strategies in your actual life or workplace
- adjust what isn’t working without judgment
Sessions are flexible and accessible, with options for online support and gentle accountability between sessions.
Coaching that works with your brain
Together, we build strategies that fit your real life, not an idealised version of it.
Executive Functioning
Planning, prioritising, task initiation, task switching, and decision making without overwhelm.
Workplace Support
Navigating expectations, reasonable adjustments, Access to Work, and translating needs into practical
Time & Energy Management
Rhythms instead of rigid routines, reduced friction, protected recovery time, and overload management.
Emotional Regulation
Understanding triggers, managing transitions, reducing shutdown or overwhelm, and building sustainable coping tools.
Attention & Focus
Supportive environments, realistic breaks, and working with your natural attention cycles.
Communication & Boundaries
Clearer conversations, workplace boundaries, feedback navigation, and confident self-advocacy.
Neurodiversity Is Not a Deficit. It’s a System.
Nature's intention is to have variation.
Families, workplaces, and communities thrive when different minds are allowed to grow side by side, like a forest of many trees, each contributing strength in its own way.
In organisations, neurodivergent teams create a mosaic of perspectives. Innovation happens when analytical thinkers, big-picture visionaries, pattern-spotters, and deep-focus specialists are all valued, not flattened into sameness.
A healthy workplace is less like a rigid machine and more like a beehive: different roles, shared purpose, and collective energy moving things forward.
