Why Neuro-affirming Coaching?

At ReframeND, coaching is a collaborative, strength-based process. We amplify your voice, not redirect it.
You get to hold the map — I offer tools, insight, and scaffolding to help you navigate your path.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does coaching work?

Coaching is a collaborative and empowering process designed to help you gain clarity, overcome challenges, and move forward with confidence. Through structured conversations, I guide you to explore your goals, identify obstacles, and develop practical strategies to create meaningful change.

Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, my approach is about helping you uncover your own answers while equipping you with the tools and techniques to navigate life and work with more ease. I combine humanist, cognitive, adult development, and positive psychology principles to provide a well-rounded and personalised experience.

Every coaching journey is different because it’s tailored to you. Your challenges, strengths, and aspirations.

What can I expect from coaching sessions?

Each coaching session is a dedicated space for you—to explore, reflect, and take action. Our sessions are:

Focused on Your Needs – Whether you're working on career direction, confidence, neurodivergent challenges, or personal growth, every session is shaped around what’s most important to you.

Solution-Oriented – You’ll leave each session with clarity, insights, and practical steps to move forward.

Supportive & Non-Judgmental – Coaching is a safe space to explore your thoughts and challenges openly.

Interactive & Thought-Provoking – Expect powerful questions, mindset shifts, and strategies to help you navigate obstacles and build momentum.

Between sessions, you’ll also have support, so you’re never alone in your journey.

Want free coaching? Here's how to apply for Access to Work

ReframeND coaches a lot of people through Access to Work who haven't received their formal diagnosis, but it's really helped them stay in work.

We work with companies that offer support for their staff and directly with people through Access to Work. So, we really wanted to make this funding accessible to as many people as possible.

Access to Work is a government grant in the UK available to help anybody with a health condition that affects them at work. It can pay for tailored support. So, if you've got a Neurodiversity such as being dyslexic, autistic, or ADHD, it can pay for Neurodiversity coaching or even a Virtual Assistant.

There's up to £66,000 available per year per person. It's incredibly helpful to have in place. The applications can take around five to six months. However, it's really incredible once you receive it.

Additionally, if you are about to start work, even if you're about to go self-employed, then they will fast-track your application.

Eligibility:

  • You have to have a job / be self-employed & live in the UK - except for N. Ireland, Isle of Man & the Channel Islands, or civil servants).
  • be aged 16+
  • be in paid work (or about to start or return to paid work in the next 12 weeks)
  • not be a civil servant

To apply, you will need to give:

  • your contact details
  • your workplace address and postcode
  • information about how your condition affects your work and what support you think you need
  • details of a work contact who can confirm you work there, if you're employed (they will not contact without your permission)
  • Your Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) number, if you're self-employed.
