Support that starts with understanding.

No two people experience neurodiversity in exactly the same way.

Whether you're looking for support for yourself, a family member, or your workplace, every journey begins in the same place:

Understanding.

At Reframe Neurodiversity, I offer personalised coaching and training designed to help people better understand how neurodivergent brains work, reduce overwhelm, build confidence and create sustainable ways of living, learning and working.

Together, we'll identify the support that's right for you.

Different people. Different journeys.

You might be here because…

  • You've recently been diagnosed and aren't sure what comes next.

  • You're overwhelmed and looking for practical support.

  • You're a parent wanting to better understand your son, daughter or partner.

  • You're an employer wanting to support a neurodivergent employee.

  • You're building a more inclusive workplace.

Although everyone's starting point is different, my philosophy remains the same.

Understand → Reframe → Build

Everything I offer is built around three simple principles.

Understand

Develop a deeper understanding of how neurodivergent brains process information, learn, communicate and experience the world.

Reframe

Challenge unhelpful assumptions, reduce shame and build confidence through compassionate, evidence-informed coaching and training.

Build

Create practical systems, stronger relationships and environments where people can thrive.

Choose the support that's right for you

Adult Coaching

Helping you understand your brain, not change who you are.

Whether you've recently discovered you're neurodivergent, are recovering from burnout, or simply want life to feel more manageable, coaching provides a safe space to understand yourself, build confidence and develop practical strategies that work for your unique way of thinking.

You'll work through The Reframe Journey, moving from understanding your brain to building sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.

Parent Support

Supporting the people who support neurodivergent people.

When someone receives a diagnosis, it's often the whole family who begin asking questions.

Understanding neurodiversity can transform communication, strengthen relationships and reduce frustration for everyone involved.

These psychoeducational coaching sessions help parents, partners and family members better understand their loved one's lived experience while learning practical ways to provide support that encourages autonomy rather than dependency.

Many families choose to access these sessions alongside individual coaching, creating shared understanding while maintaining complete confidentiality between coaching conversations.

Workplace Coaching

Helping neurodivergent employees thrive.

Workplace coaching supports employees in developing confidence, understanding how they work best and building practical strategies for managing workload, executive functioning, communication and wellbeing.

Support is available through:

  • Self-funded coaching
  • Employer-funded coaching
  • Access to Work grants

Sessions are tailored to the individual's role, goals and working environment.

Training for Organisations

Building neuroinclusive workplaces where people and performance thrive.

Creating an inclusive workplace is about far more than awareness training.

Through engaging, evidence-informed workshops, I help organisations better understand neurodiversity, improve communication, support managers and build psychologically safe, high-performing teams.

Training can also be complemented by one-to-one workplace coaching for employees and managers who would benefit from more personalised support.

Why clients choose Reframe Neurodiversity?

People often come to me believing they need better time management, more confidence or greater resilience.

While those can all be important outcomes, they are rarely the starting point.

Real, lasting change begins by understanding why life feels difficult in the first place.

By combining psychology, neuroaffirming coaching and lived experience, I help individuals, families and organisations move beyond simply coping.

Together, we'll build understanding, confidence and practical strategies that create meaningful, sustainable change.

Not sure where to begin?

That's completely okay.

Many people aren't sure which type of support is right for them.

A free 30-minute discovery call gives us the opportunity to talk about your current situation, answer any questions and explore the most appropriate next step.

There is no pressure and no obligation.

Just an opportunity to decide whether we're the right fit for one another.
